Fat Daddys Soft Serve Truck started life as a Chevy Express van, Then shipped to England, its cargo area was removed, then replaced with a specially molded compartment built specifically for one purpose, to be a soft serve ice cream truck. The truck was equipped with a top of the line Carpigiani Italian-made soft-serve machine that was originally designed to produce gourmet gelato, this top of the line soft ice cream machine has been adapted specifically to handle the high-volume and mobile frozen dessert needs required for large and small venues in the Las Vegas area!

The ice cream equipment runs off the truck's engine rather than a heavy, noisy generator. This allows us to remain all day at an event, quietly idling away, serving treat after delicious treat, without the need for electricity or additional equipment. This truck design by David Cummins and Whitby Morrison has been the favored format in Europe for more than 40 years, but only became available in the United States in 1999. And yet, they have already become known as 'the Cadillac of soft-serve trucks.'
